I am a currently renting a home in The Villages (Rio Ponderosa) through Nov 2009. I am looking for a similar situation (under $1000, all utilities paid, with a golf cart, if possible) beginning Dec 2009 for as long as works for everyone. I have no pets. I am a non smoker, prefer a smoke free home. I have references. Figured it’s never too early to start looking!
